Also, the rainy season is over, and the temperature rises suddenly with the strong sunlight, so it is also a time when it is easy to get sick.
If you hear the word "small heat" in the weather forecast or news, think of it as a sign that summer is in full swing, and start preparing for the real summer.
That's right. "Slight heat" is also a time of switching when everything in life changes to summer specifications. We, too, will change everything in terms of food, clothing, and housing for summer. 
It is also around this time that postcards for summer greeting cards are sent out.
It is said that it started as a remnant of visiting people in person with presents before the Obon festival, and they started sending greeting cards instead of visiting.
